For maximum precision, each sowing disc has a large diameter of 262 mm to have as many holes as possible. This means that the distribution of the seed is slower and the seed has enough time to get on the disc properly. No risk of rapid abrasion The crankcase cover of the sowing machine can be opened with a simple lever. The lever is mounted on a spring hinge. Tightness is ensured by constant pressure on the seal. You can be sure that there is no risk of wear due to improper tightening. The same vacuum in each module To achieve precise and uniform sowing, you need a constant, uniform vacuum in each module. The pipelines of all modules (the lengths of which are constant from the metering sections to the supercharger) always maintain the same vacuum in each sowing module (this allows you to set one module and have the others set to the same settings).

Constant depth for uniform germination The furrow is opened with two wide discs. The pressure of the sowing module on the soil can be adjusted from 120 to 200 kg, which prevents the formation of undulations and ensures good stability of the MAXIMA 2 TRS. The wide depth wheels allow you to control the depth right at the point where the seed falls, which guarantees precise seed placement and uniform germination. Thanks to the parallelogram suspension, each sowing module perfectly follows the unevenness of the soil. Easy adjustment of the sowing depth The depth wheels can be easily adjusted with a movable handle on a scale with sections. This allows you to quickly change the setting between two fields to adapt the seed drill to the working conditions and to consistently place the seed directly on the moist furrow bottom. Cut-off: easy to adjust Mounted on the eccentric, the notched coulter bar moves quickly in relation to the sowing disc. This prevents two seeds from falling into the same hole. The adjustment can be checked through the inspection hatch.

The handle can be used to manually disengage the drive of each module. After disconnection, the same handle is used to turn the distributor disk to check the mechanical selector setting. The shear bolt is also located here to protect the sowing module. At the drop point, it ensures that the seed is placed without jumping. The 16-row Maxima 2 TRS consists of two 8-row suspended seed drills on a folding frame. This design allows you to perfectly follow slopes.
