Return of goods The consumer is an individual.

Return of goods within 14 days is carried out in accordance with of the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights». of Consumers".

Within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, you can return the goods under the conditions:

- the goods were not in use;

- All seals and labels are intact;

- the integrity of the kit and packaging is not compromised;

- a saved warranty card and a document that confirming the payment;

- the product is not included in the list of goods of good quality, the return of which is restricted by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution No. 172 of March 19, 1994). No. 172 of March 19, 1994).  

Return of goods by a consumer - legal entity or individual entrepreneur

The return of goods of good quality by a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the IE) is carried out in case the Parties agree on the possibility of returning such Goods in the agreement, but not more than within 14 days.

The returned goods must be of good quality, without signs of use, have a preserved presentation and consumer properties, and not belong to the goods that are not subject to exchange and and return.

To return the goods, a legal entity or individual entrepreneur must provide:

- a return invoice with a round seal the company's invoice, dated today, with its registration number;

- a letter of refund on the company's letterhead with the round seal of the company returning the goods;

- an expense invoice (copy);

- the returned goods are of proper quality. 

The return note must contain information about the company returning the goods, its details and to whom it is being returned. The nomenclature and value of the goods must fully match the the name and value of the goods on the delivery note that was issued with the goods. The letter for the refund must be in the prescribed form on the company's letterhead with a round seal. Legal entity or individual entrepreneur with the goods to be returned and the prepared return documents must contact the Seller. The seller company that accepts the goods for return reserves the right to reserves the right to check its integrity and quality, as well as to refuse to return it in case of damage, signs of use of the goods or incorrectly submitted return documents.
