This watch features an 18kt Rose Gold skeletonized hand to indicate a second time zone (one hour backwards or forwards). The outer contour of the dial has an accurate minute scale with Arabic numerals every 5 minutes. The symmetrical layout of this dial displays two subdials – one for the date at the 12 o'clock position, and one for the chronograph minutes at the 6 o'clock position, and on each side, a day/night indicator, one for home (at the 3 o'clock position) and one for local time (at the 9 o'clock position).  A polished 18k Rose Gold 2-position Screw-down crown with a ribbed edge for easy grip and the Patek Philippe logo allows you to wind the watch and set the time is completes the watch's harmony.  On the right side are polished 18K Rose Gold chronograph pushers. The ones on the left control up a skeletonized hand. The dial closed by a Scratch-resistant Sapphire Crystal.
