Guarantees


The product is agricultural machinery.


1. The Seller undertakes to organize and ensure the assembly and adjustment of the Goods purchased by the Buyer, as well as its warranty service. The assembly and adjustment of the Goods is carried out by the Seller.

2. The Seller guarantees free repair of the Goods that failed due to the fault of the manufacturer within 12 months from the date of transfer of the Goods. At the same time, the warranty does not apply to the wear and tear of parts of the Goods subject to natural wear and tear (hoses, wiring, bearings, chains, belts, sprockets, etc.), but all these parts are covered by the warranty if the breakdown occurred due to a factory defect. The warranty does not cover breakdowns that occurred due to due to physical damage and/or interference with the design of the Goods by the Buyer. The warranty does not covers transportation costs, gasoline, calling a service engineer, paying for overtime (due to the Buyer's fault). (due to the Buyer's fault) work time.

3. The Seller's warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective part part (by agreement of the Parties).

4. In the event of a breakdown/malfunction, the Buyer shall inform the Seller by phone call or by e-mail or regular mail, and provides photos of the of the defective/faulty part. The Seller's service department shall specify the subject of the equipment malfunction, under what circumstances it occurred, if possible, provides a telephone consultation for temporary or complete elimination of the breakdown/malfunction. If it is impossible to resolve the issue by phone, the Seller shall send a service engineer to the place of breakdown. The service engineer together with with the Buyer's technical staff shall determine the breakdown, and draw up the relevant Act. The Seller does everything necessary to put the Goods into operation as soon as possible, in parallel with this coordinates with the manufacturer whether this breakdown is really covered by the warranty or not. If the breakdown is recognized by the by the manufacturer, the Buyer is obliged to provide the Seller with a complaint report. If the breakdown is not recognized by the manufacturer as a warranty, the Buyer shall reimburse the cost of replaced spare parts and/or the cost of repair work to the Seller.   

5. In the event of a malfunction of the Goods, the Buyer is obliged to first of all make a photo-video recording of the Goods malfunction. Photos of the defective The Buyer is obliged to provide the Seller with electronic communication (e-mail, vibe) in JPEG format on the day of notification of the breakdown / malfunction. Photos to be provided by the Buyer must be of proper quality, legible, and contain a clear image of the malfunction. 

6. The warranty is not provided if the Product has been used for other than its intended intended purpose or if the defect (breakdown) occurred due to non-compliance with the operating rules. The warranty is also not provided if repairs or changes were made by service engineers not authorized by the Seller. engineers not authorized by the Seller.

7. The warranty for the replaced part and repair is 6 (six) months, but not less than the end of the initial warranty period for the delivered Goods. The replaced parts become the property of the Seller.

8. The Buyer is obliged to ensure qualified operation and maintenance of the operation and maintenance of the Goods in good working order.

9. The Buyer is obliged to provide an opportunity for representatives (employees) of the Seller to assemble and/or put the Goods into operation within the the period of time offered by the Seller. 

10. In the event that the Buyer does not provide the Seller with the opportunity (or consent) to assembly and/or commissioning of the Goods within the time period proposed by the Seller, the latter shall not be liable for violation of the term of assembly and/or commissioning of the Goods. The assembly or launch of such Goods shall be assembled or launched in order of priority, within 10 (ten) days from the date of assembly and/or commissioning of the Goods offered by the Seller.

 

 

The goods are spare parts.

 

1. The Seller provides a warranty for all spare parts for 6 months from the date of transfer of the Goods. 

However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear of spare parts subject to natural wear and tear (hoses, wiring, bearings, chains, belts, sprockets, etc.).

The warranty does not cover breakdowns caused by physical damage and/or interference with the design of the Goods by the Buyer. The warranty does not cover transportation costs, gasoline, calling a service engineer, payment for overtime (due to the Buyer's fault).
