А вот один из пунктов – “форма факела, размер и структура капель”, независимо от нормы излива рабочей жидкости и скорости опрыскивателя, способна обеспечить технология Autospray, с максимально высоким качеством и только одним типом распылителей, в диапазон которых входят желаемые параметры. Так как максимальный эффект действия рабочего раствора зависит не только от заданной нормы, но и от размера и структуры капель, то аграрию остается выбрать только тип распылителей, а все остальное выполнит система Autospray в зависимости от скорости опрыскивателя и потребности на том или ином участке поля.

How does it work?

- The farmer chooses the correct rate of spraying solution consumption and the exact size of the droplets;

- Accordingly, it selects only one type of atomizer, the parameters of which do not exceed the desired outflow rate and effective droplet size at the minimum and maximum system pressure for its high-quality operation;

- The Autospray system in the ISOBUS application differentially controls the smart nozzle holders, strictly adhering to the flow rates and maintaining the necessary pressure in the spray system to form the exact droplet size depending on speed and demand;

- The advantages of the Autospray system are that with the right type of nozzle, it ensures high quality spraying performance, strictly observing a stable droplet size when changing the flow rate over a range of speeds that would require 4 or even 5 types of nozzles in traditional systems;

- The Autospray system controls the sequential switching off of nozzles to avoid overlapping and, most importantly, working at the edges of the field, which ensures safe operation of the sprayer for the environment, crop preservation and significantly saves the farmer's costs.
